I agree... picking a single digit from the block hash only allows the first 10 people to be eligible to win prize #1
This is unfair to the other entrants of the raffle.
Yes all numbers should be the same length, otherwise this is essentially giving the single digit number hodlers a 50% greater chance of winning over a double digit number hodler, since they only need one number correct to win.
I'm sure pinky1234 did not realize this, nor intend to have an uneven playing filed for the raffle, it's just an unfortunate mistake.
