If it's just a guess, I will disagree with your figures. Addiction is really a problem in gambling but I'm pretty sure that there's a big percentage of gamblers that are still responsible for their gambling activity while at the same time, also responsible for their gambling behavior.
Maybe that could be a rough estimate and shouldn't be based on fact. Normally gamblers can be very greedy when during making decisions and we have to know that the way we see gambling or the way we bet shouldn't be the same as the way others make their betting. Gambling is a thing of Choice and if some gamblers choose to be greedy then that is there business.
