I always wanted to bookmark this thread by posting something but never had the chance to do so, but today I am going to do it by posting my old GPU mining rigs ( not all mine my mining partner as well)
The Pictures of the latest retired rigs (5970, 7970,7950), I don't have pictures of the previous mining rigs (5850, 5870) still the 4x7970 with the changed fans in the 1st picture are bought from another miner after the block halving, we've always upgraded through time but in March 2013 when AVALON started shipping and Bitcoin GPU mining was almost dead I went to Litecoin mining for few of months then stopped completely in August and I sold all the cards.
after that, we've bought 3 used jalapenos, these are about the only ASICs we have ever owned and we didn't have them for a long time as well (2 weeks I think) and sold them for the same price I bought for:
