The sites that you recommended will definitely limit/restrict op if he keeps winning consistently, but I doubt they would limit him just because of one decent win.

Am not really surprised to see him share that because of his negative trust feedback which indicated that he is a spammer who doesn't mind advertising scam sites like 1xbit. Ignoring him is the best option.
