I saw on CMC, that there are ATM 287 exchanges. I believe that each of them was once the target of abuse or hacking in any way. the great majority successfully defended themselves. Obviously, Tillkoen's is not.
also, many exchanges where an exit scam happened, tried to hide it behind a hack, trying to justify the lost funds.
