Tip feature will be nice and I think there were some users suggested this feature before including to add chat room so bk8 users can communicate with other users and it can be a useful thing to build up bk8 community.
I'm sure many bk8 users will be happy to see chat room and some features inside it, I hope it will be one of the priority plans of bk8.

I think that in many cases chats are useful. By asking questions in the chat, you can get a qualified answer from the user or from the support who is viewing the chat.
However, spammers and haters almost always start writing in chats, and everything turns into an information dump. And to understand the trash and read a lot of messages from users who swear with each other and compete in the question of who is smarter, none of the players have time.
Therefore, I also do not think that it is necessary to create such a separate chat. This idea will not bring the desired benefit to the community of BK8 players.
