Yep, pre-monthly bonus has no connection with the wager. It depends on our VIP rank only. However, your bonus amount will be lowered if you don't make deposits or wager a decent amount for a few months.
Less than 22 hours remaining for the end of Stake 5th birthday race. Currently I'm near to 2400 rank with $332k wager. My highest achievement was to reach between 1k to 1.1k rank during this race. But my rank gradually decreased as the other users has wagered a lot quicker than me.
I am not 100% sure if that's the case, I have seen people who wager different amounts and be the same VIP level and got different amounts, not huge difference of course, like 2-3 dollars at max but it has happened before. This means that even though it may not be the most important factor of it, there is a connection between the situation and the price.
I am not saying that it will have to stay that way, but we could still end up doing something like this when calculating "vip level 70%, wager 20%, any wins/loss ratio 10%" type of deal, because I am sure someone who lost 100k and someone who won 50k won't have the same type of rewards neither.
