I guess v2 5nm chip is from Intel BlockScale ASIC (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/docs/blockchain/custom-asic-product-brief.html).
 
  BlockScale ASIC is guessed by adopting TSMC 5nm process. Hope to see the product soon.
