You have to post with quality and if you can post with that quality then senior members will give you merit, by which you can increase your own rank. There are many ways to earn here but I think the easiest is to earn by working on Bounty. But if you only do bounty then you will not gain any knowledge about Bitcoin.If you know about bitcointalk then I will say that bounty is not all work here. There are many other types of work which you need to do with experience. So I mean if you are new to this bitcoin then post here to gain knowledge not chasing earnings. Then later you can learn a lot and find ways to earn.
