Chat rooms in gambling sites is a feature that I did not really use, most of the time I'll close it when I was gambling but I did sometime use it to communicate when I was in my rest time. Looking for good news, new friends to talk, or spreading some loves by making rains/tips (if I win some), etc. Obviously, there will be always advantage and disadvantage of any feature but I have to agree with you that if majority of BK8 players want it then BK8 should consider to have it.
Yes, everything has pros and cons, unless the team develops strict chat rules with ease for someone to mute the chat of the selected user, it will definitely be easier for us to get good communication and discussion and making personal filter. Then, another suggestion that I think, if the BK8 team will make this chatbox is to eliminate global chat feature, so this feature focuses on the rooms of each country only.
