If the accusation is resolved then the topic is locked and the title is changed to resolved if not then it will continue to be open as long as the thread started to keep it open, you can use the forum search bar for the status of the other complaints

What makes your case different from other complaints they are all ignored so your chances are slim unless Mbit changed its way and resolves these complaints.
