Sorry to burst your bubble, it's not going to happen. Having bitcoin doesn't equal free access or equate to something of an elite status. Owning bitcoin is just like owning a different type of medium of exchange. I like your dream though. What happens to the criminal elements who have bitcoin? Will should they be travel out of their country after committing a crime just because they have bitcoin? So you see that you should modify your dream after you have considered some of the points raised in the comments.
It doesn't have to happen because visa is not really a problem as long as you live in this so called 1st world.
I live in the EU and we don't have visas here and can travel freely between countries, even without having to carry a passport. We also have access to many other countries without having to apply for a visa, we just need a passport and that's it. You buy a plane ticket and you're somewhere else.
Bitcoin should allow you to travel without having to exchange money into a foreign currency. It won't give you a free pass from Africa to Europe for example.
