The news of Thomas Tuchel's dismissal after a short term with the club was a shock to me. Tuchel has done very well with the club, we don't see many managers winning five trophies in two seasons these days, I think he deserves a little more time to get the club to top form but he was dismissed so quickly. however, the club owner has that ability. when Tuchel ignored the advice of some people who might be part of club management. of course that makes things not okay. especially with Chelsea's poor performance. of course, a good reason to replace it early even though it leaves a contract that is still quite long.
At least he as a coach can already know which ones are not good enough and which ones are good enough to be maintained, maybe Tuchel's relationship with the management has not been good from the start so he has difficulty getting new players who do have pretty good skills on the field, hopefully the current coach Graham Potter can be better than before.
