Developed countries are increasingly choosing to design and develop their own centralized tokens (CBDCs) over bitcoin. Underdeveloped countries, like El Salvador, choose the development of bitcoin, trying to attract investment to their country at the expense of it. So I'm not sure that the number of these countries will grow, especially those that are preferred by tourists.
Does the CBDC mean that each country will have its own official coin/token?

CBDC is no different from fiat today, it is just a digital version of fiat. what you said is true, things will not change if CBDC goes live to replace fiat, we still keep the same currency exchange procedures every time we travel.
Of course bitcoin is better in this situation but the problem is that not every government accepts bitcoin as legal and it will never happen that we travel with bitcoins without visa like OP is dreaming.
