Without going deep to look at the 14 profiles in your OP, if the fact that their "last active time on the forum", and their "last post on the forum" is the same, and that is why you think all accounts are controlled by one person, i am sorry that cannot be used as evidence or proof of what you are claiming.

Have the accounts broke any rule, one person should not have as much as 14 accounts, but if a person does and they have not used it to break any rule, they cannot be tagged or accused of anything.
