The change of manager at the beginning of the season may have an adverse effect on Chelsea's performance this season. Chelsea have some internal problems and its obviously visible now in the team's performances from game to game, the dismissal of the previous coach Thomas Tuchel is also as a result of this problems. I hope Todd Boehly understands getting a new manager will not bring immediate solutions to the problems and improve the team's performance immediately.
Chelsea problem is Majorly cause by the change of boards and pattern of signing. The era of the new owner is quite different from Abramovich as he changed everything concerning Chelsea. The blues have all the players needed but failing to scored and win games is one thing Thomas Tuchel encounter before he got sacked. That problem doesn't pause there, it's continue and the new boss, Graham Potter will be the one that would suffer it. He can still survive and take the new to another level, after all he did that with Brighton and now he would do it with Chelsea.

I had a gist with the man who came to paint my Father's house today, and it was all about how the game under Abramovic, the former Chelsea owner looked, compared to the current stats of the same club now. He had a kind of influence on the team and this made them outperform the opponents. The issue with the current team as obviously stated is the unsteady nature of their leadership. they are a very good side and with players who can deliver. Once they can conjure balance in the leadership the players and manager will get in form automatically. Now, former Brighton's team manager, which happens to be Chelsea's new manager, Graham Potter will have to show his worth by quickly adapting to the players and staff. I have no doubts in his ability because we have all come to know his former club, Brighton as a formidable team to look out for.
I really hope Chelsea have got this one right this time. Cause I don't see the decision to part ways with Tuchel and replacing him with Graham Potter who has barely made a name for himself. What happened to the likes of Zidane and Pochettino? Tuchels is a good coach and I feel he deserved a second chance which in my opinion he was not given. I believe in Tuchel and what he can achieve for the club.
I'm really shocked about the sudden news of tuchels replacement, I never saw this coming, I expected them to give him sometimes if he can fix things. I was not happy about the sudden replacement, and I think the new owners are very strict than abramovic they only want a perfect Job, but it was wrong treating tuchel in such way. Talking about his replacement I don't think Graham Potter's is certified for the replacement, cause he's a coach with a low profile. I think alot of us expected pochettino or zidane, but we can't jump into conclusions, he might be the right man for the job.
