While you are having a bad mood, I may just say how fucked off I was over your city boy attitude towards your neighbour farmers over what amounted to less than an acre of dirt. Whilst you won your ground legally, your action will not be forgotten by all your neighbours, who possibly have three generations or more buried in the church yard.

They fucked with the wrong city boy in bad faith and paid the price.
It's extremely unfortunate the situation was what it was; not what I desired.
I made them an extremely generous, good-faith neighborly gesture to resolve the issue if presented with a valid survey, and they dragged their feet for over three months - providing us nothing, and ghosting our lawyer.
I could not let the matter be unresolved forever. I had to enclose our border.
My patience is not infinite.
