He needs to win here, but if he losses, there's no other way but to move up in weight, though it will not hype him but IMO, that's the right thing to do for him to be comfortable in maintaining his weight. He will have to start his journey in a new division and hopefully we will continue to support him.

Let's say Jerwin Ancajas will lose here, does it really a good decision to just left that division and moved up?

How can he even get good fights at Super Bantamweight if he is struggling with some of the best fighters in Junior Bantamweight?

If he loses, moving up for me is not a good decision. Start from scratch and have a goal to become a champion again at Junior Bantamweight which is his comfort zone at most points of his career. He dominates that division for several years and I'm sure he can repeat it.

But of course, that was just speculation as I believed he will win here in this rematch against Martinez and then finally move up.
Ancajas is surely making a lot of preparations before the fight while the boxing organizers are still giving him another chance to show his skills and confidence. And the fact that winning this title will be his key to move up in division, then losing again should be out in the picture. After all, we have witnessed how Ancajas played in his previous games, he has the gut and skills, and improving his performance in the ring will make him another champion in the making.

Yes and it boils down to his preparation in this fight whether he can get back his belt or not. So he invoke this rematch clause to fight Martinez once again. It's a big risk on his part, because he is claiming that he lost because he can't make the weight anymore or at least his body has difficulty making the required weight. So whether he wins or lose in this fight, the best options is go up another weight class so that he won't put pressure on his body to cut weight because it is going to be very hard.
