I get why on-forum altcoin giveaways were banned: it lead to huge spam. But considering the millions upon millions of useless bounty posts, I don't think giving away some actual value in any altcoin would be worse than that.
Exactly. An altcoin like LTC is miles better than shitcoin XYZ anyday.
The main concern here is the giving ground, on what group do OP want to do that, i think he's possibly asking about that aspect in other to know better on what's expected of him if intended for doing that, well i believe he also understand the appropriate board needed for that since it bounty of a thing but if he intend making it on-forum give away then he must comply to the rules which one of it was quoted by LoyceV for suggestion, but i also support that there should be guiding rules OP must give if he's actually making that to happen in other to avoid it abuse and spamming up the thread from users.
