You can transfer your bitcoin anywhere you like so don't worry about doing that in any countries. But if you want to cash it out on some countries like India then I think you will get a problem depends on what nationality you are. But it seems Bitcoin is good in India so I think there's nothing to worry about doing transaction by using it there but make sure to use the platform who have legal business compliance to that country so that you will not get scam.
