The two teams performance have been poor this season, Chelsea have lose few of their matches and struggled to win some of them, Chelsea have been performing below my expectation this season which leads to sack of their coach Thomas Tuchel, I just hope Chelsea New coach will change thing's for them, I know it won't really be easy for him with Chelsea current condition, but am sure with tone he will be able to get things together and Chelsea will be back to track, the season is just beginning so anything can still happen.
These are the my two observations concerning Liverpool's performance this season. First, their midfield. Everybody knows that their midfield is not what it use to be anymore. Everyone also knows the VVD's form is questionable. In addtion, Salah and Diaz positioning prevents them from moving into the attacking positions as needed. Second, their defence is crappy. I don't think there's much explanation to be done here. Right now, between Liverpool and Chelsea, I don't even know which team has it worse.
This are clearly amongst the issues Liverpool has right now. Virgil van Dijk form has dropped, could it be as a result of no Thiago Alcantara ? Thiago Alcantara is always there to close those lines for him when he overlaps but those are no longer seen since the injury.
Another is Sadio Mane, last season lotta people said Diaz was gonna replace Sadio Mane, yes he settled down in very fast, but has he replaced Sadio Mane already ? They'll fine it to win game's where the midfielder's are much more better than they're.
Also, I have seen post bout Liverpool tactics been poor and not having full effects as it use to be. I don't see them competing for the premier league anymore, they have to turn around and bring that energy and winning spirit game after game. Three clubs ready are Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester City, and Arsenal.
