Teams that are tired of the Premier League and European matches being played together and this intense fixture should make good use of this break.  I'm sure no one likes to play in so many intense and compressed fixtures.  After the Premier League starts, we will better understand how the players are making use of this break.
Yes, they will definitely make the most of the time they have. Because as you said, maybe the club or player is not very ready to face the hectic schedule, especially for a club that plays in several competitions simultaneously. This was something that rarely happened, but they got it now. But on the other hand they have to replace the postponed matches and maybe for some clubs this is actually a hindrance if they are at their best.

Maybe this postponement will be good news for clubs who still have problems with team performance to be able to improve and take advantage of the delayed schedule to train more seriously, because the busy schedule will make it difficult for them to train longer and this is an opportunity and hopefully there will be changes.
however the postponement will leave football fans around the world a bit disappointed as the Premier League game is what they are looking forward to at the weekend, but they will understand that the postponement has occurred in honor of Queen Elizabeth's death.

With this postponed indeed most of teams can evaluation their performance until last week so their managers will have much time to analyzed it but in my opinion this also will have bad impact for all of teams too because Premier League authorities have to rescheduled for week 7 and for upcoming months there will be a big tournament World Cup so Premier League teams will have tight schedules compare to other European teams and now week 7 has officially postponed but still no statements for week 8 whether it will be continue to postponed or not
