Any part of the world you can easily make transfer, nobody will know about it and nobody can stop it, that's why bitcoin is different from fiat, if you are planning to send money internationally, you have to abide by the rules and regulations of the country and also sometimes their is always limit, but when it comes to bitcoin, you can easily transfer any amount you like to anybody in different country nobody will stop you and their is no limit. I think that's among the reasons why most countries don't really like bitcoin and they always say it's used for illegal activities.
