I'm a little confused as to why the OP is thinking of buying this account where he can buy for free. There are also different procedures if there are restrictions in his country. He can easily get an account whenever he wants. Bet 365 must be KYC. Here you can't withdraw without KYC. But it is not difficult. So the OP's offer makes me suspicious.
