There will be no problems using Bitcoin as a method of payment of services to clients or friends. This is one of the major reasons why Satoshi bring the idea of a decentralized peer to peer transaction where we can sent money to people without any third party in the middle to restrict us or request for unnecessary information.
Bitcoins is a cryptocurrency and you can use it as payment of services whether internationally or locally. Is like the Indian government want to ban cryptocurrency trading for there citizens but I don't think they really have that in mind because the government can earn tax from crypto companies to build the economy.
