This is something for sure but I still feel Potter will be able to take Chelsea in a better direction but it will definitely take time. Luckily they will now be taking a break for the time being and it's clearly advantageous for Potter to approach his players and come up with a scheme that will work for them.
At the moment they are not in good form and with the transition of leadership in the coach will obviously make things different but with this holiday I think it is a godsend for them.
Two weeks break is definitely a good opportunity for Chelsea to take time and rebuild their team most especially now that the cub have a new coach that need time t get used to the payers. And i believe Chelsea performance will improve when premiere league resume back.
Don't you think it is too fast for Chelsea to bounce up back immediately the break is over. Potter is not super man to change things drastically as he resumes work, the performance of chelsea will change gradually over time. I still believe Potter will be of better coach .
Don't have high hopes for Potter, because Potter also needs time to make Chelsea find his best form. Moreover, Potter did not have experience being
a coach of a large team before, so maybe Potter had to adapt first. What you say is true, at least Potter will change Chelsea slowly, because drastic
changes are very unlikely to happen. Even great and experienced coaches need at least some time to build teams into strong teams.
I just hope the Chelsea management decision is right by replacing Tuchel with Potter, for me what Chelsea do is like a gamble. Because there is
no guarantee that Potter will make Chelsea better, because Brighton and Chelsea are very different teams. Potter will be under great pressure from
various parties to get Chelsea back to their best form, different when Potter became Brighton coach he could be more relaxed in building teams.
We will see Chelsea's performance under the leadership of Potter, is it true that Potter can be better than Tuchel, therefore I am very curious about
Potter's debut as the new Chelsea coach.
For a coach who was doing so well, Tuchel's sack was so fast and unexpected. The way Thomas Tuchel was sacked was quite disrespectful he should have been given a bit of time, at least an ultimatum to change the fortunes of the club before kicking him out the door. deliver Thomas Tuchel was a victim of Todd Boehly inexperience in my opinion.
