A real asset for me is anything that generates you a profit whether it is in the form of digital or physical. Investing into digital assets like crypto or stocks will give you profit in the long run once because their value appreciates over the years. Owning a land property is also a good asset because there are many options you can do to it to generate you income. You can build your own business there, rent it to someone, or just sell it at a higher price.

Because it is clear that an asset is something that has value and is also valuable such as gold, property, land, houses and other things such as digital currency which in this case I prefer to call it Bitcoin even though there are many other digital assets which also has value and price in the market.
