Can someone explain to me what Live chat here is for?

- I had withdrawal issues last month which you all know, (It was also verification issue) The live chat blocked me before I could even message them

- Now I got a deposit issue, my money is confirmed, USDT simple deposit, it's in and has over 200 confirmations

Live chat said they will get back via email
and Email support takes days to reply

When I confronted live chat that what's so difficult, they again Ran away , said don't bother them they cannot do anything, wait for email support

What exactly is live chat for?
