They usually attached there contact info on the about section of there channel for there contact. Most of the twitch streamer has a youtube channel and you can see all there details on there youtube channel about section. I’m not familiar on twitch works but I’m sure they post there contact details somewhere on the channel profile.

If I am to look for streamer to hire, the minimum followers I would consider will probably more than 200k-300K and will still negotiate about the price down to minimum also.
RiiSki has less than 50K. He is less popular.
