I would very much like if the team losing the toss and batting first, then fighting hard to win the trophy. So far teams have failed to defend the totals and fell short, so IMO that would be an excellent finish to a fine tournament, considering we had so many quality encounters in this edition.
Pakistan has won the toss and we won't experiment with batting first. After all, this is not a small thing to be in the final of the Asia cup and we won't want to do this experiment.
Srilanka has won the last few matches, betting second. This is a new test for them today. However, Pakistan are used to batting second, and nothing much changed for them. Also, Pakistan will have peace of mind that they won the toss and this will increase more confidence.

Any team playing here wanna win toss and will love bowl first. Pakistan have got a wikcet of Mendis in first over and that's a big wikcet. Meanwhile Srilanka are not quite after this loss both Pathum Nissanka and de silva are playing aggressively. Team batting second is usually favourite here.
Right now, Pakistan is in complete control of the match. Not only they have won the toss, but they also took 3 quick wickets and have not let them settle. Pathum Nissanka, Kusal Mendis and Danushka Gunathilaka all got out cheaply.
Sri Lankan team needs to rethink its strategy and try not to lose any more wickets till the 15 overs. After that, they may start their launchpad in the last 5 overs.
