The conclusion now is that most of the bounties circulating are bad and we really don't have high hopes for the bounty,
later we can be disappointed in the end. For me finding good bounties sometimes takes luck too.
I consider it 50/50 for the bounty analysis factor and luck, because no matter how good the project concept does not guarantee high payouts because the token price is not expected, but sometimes we see bounty projects have low analytical values based on whitepaper reviews and news updates, but who would have thought they distributed the highest paid for bounty hunters.

In the crypto world, surprises often occur, because everything is difficult to predict. What you say is true, because no matter how good our
research results on a project, still there is no guarantee that the project can provide a satisfactory payment. There are several factors that
cause the value of the reward tokens that we get from the bounty the price can change drastically. As I said before there is a luck factor that
can finally make us get a good payout from the bounty. That's why I never get my hopes up too high every time I join a bounty. I am afraid of
being disappointed the results are far from my expectations, even though I have sacrificed my time to promote these projects. So let it hang on
my luck, the important thing is I've done my best to choose a good bounty.

I admit it's not easy to find a good bounty, sometimes we've done some research first as you said, by checking the teams project, white paper
and social media. But still often we end up getting bad bounties, which several times the bounty I participated in paid with trash tokens,
which couldn't be sold because tokens never entered the exchange. Or even the reward tokens given are of no value, because before reward tokens
were distributed, by the teams project had been dumped first. It doesn't even guarantee that the bounty managed by a trusted bounty manager will
get a good bounty. The conclusion now is that most of the bounties circulating are bad and we really don't have high hopes for the bounty,
later we can be disappointed in the end. For me finding good bounties sometimes takes luck too.
Therefore, to avoid a big disappointment with the bounty, the only way is to choose a bounty that already has a market for the coin they are developing, at least DEX with a high enough volume, and uses escrow for payment. this allows us to work at a very good price. In addition, choosing a bounty with a stable payout of coins is also one step to avoid big disappointment. however, it needs to be searched and researched as well.

It's true that we should prioritize bounties that use escrow for payments, so that we can at least make sure we get paid as promised,
although sometimes the reward tokens obtained are of no value and cannot be sold. But at least there's some satisfaction in getting paid.
There's something even safer, by choosing a bounty with stablecoins paid, I admit it is safe and quite satisfying. Unfortunately it is very rare
for bounties to pay with stablecoins. Despite the many disappointing from bounties, but several times I've followed a bounty with good pay,
meaning as long as we don't give up and can be patient in facing a bad situation. At least the bounty is still good enough as a side job to be
able to make additional money without the need to spend money.
