The bear market we are seeing this year is all about emotions in my opinion. Investors are scarred about falling prices in the crypto and stock market at the same time. The main trades this year have been selling risky assets and switch into secure bonds than should be offering better returns with the rising interest rates. The problem that many investors are not seeing that making a few percent return with Bonds is not going to cover the high inflation rates. It's just a matter of time for investors to realise they need to go back into more risky assets for additional returns. The best thing we can do as crypto investors is to remain calm and not give into the selling pressure. The more people HODL the less coins are available for sell at the exchange and the less can the price drop when people run for the door. It's also helpful to remind investors that crypto prices like stocks move in cycles and it's just a matter of time for them to recover.
