I don't have a good list of streamers but as far as I know, if they have a Youtube channel, you can leave a comment under their video or if they include an email address, you can contact them via email. There are many ways you can contact them. Usually, they have already shared a contact address to contact, especially advertisers who want to establish a working relationship with those streamers. So maybe that's all you can do to contact those streamers and after that, you can just wait for them to reply.
