It sounds like you did absolutely no research at all and your entire marketing campaign is based on a blind approach of hoping to find the right people by pure chance. This is not a good approach, when it comes to a marketing strategy.
If you want to do things right you need to research what kind of streamers you need, who their viewers are, how much they charge, and the usual cost for streamers are. Otherwise you are throwing money away at someone who might charge you too much for advertising to a crowd who are not interested in whatever you have to offer.
