This is a possibility. However, most people who visit Bitcointalk are usually members of the site which is why the chances of lurkers signing up for 1xbit through this forum are pretty low if you think about it.
I have noticed many times when someone comes here or goes to the 1xbit thread on the reputation board, they are newbies who basically created an account in order to explain their personal case, that leads me to think those victims are outsiders and not regular users of this forum, of course this is not always the case, but it is something I have seen.
I assume people can't see users trust points while they are not logged in, then my theory is that most of the victims are forum outsiders that end up lurking the gambling section and look to all our paid signatures, leading some to join and depositing in this casino.
