Manchester City's form this season cannot be compared with Liverpool's poor form. Liverpool have some work to do to get them back to winning again. Manchester city are looking much more favorites to win the league again this season, Arsenal have showed they can be competitive but I doubt their squad is good enough to carry them till the end of the season.
Yes they have to improve first before they can finally be compared to Manchester City. It's interesting to see him the team that was talked about a lot at the start to be the favorites to get a different result. Even not only in terms of the team, their two new recruits also got very different results.
