This is common with all the investors. For now the market is good for investment, because there is bullish move. Taking an entry could get short term profit. People always have a fixed price to make a buying, but when it is being reached the mind wavers and decides to buy even at a lower price. Finally they never buy it and ends up with regrets.
I have not seen sign of bullish, actually this is a direct time of investment either short term investment or long term investment, because it's good for someone to buy Bitcoin when the price is on the state of degradation, that should be a perfect time of someone investment should make a large profit if eventually the bullish meet up the investment.
I can't find a bullish sentiment yet either. On the contrary, it is a time of accumulation of different assets and there is no guarantee that a new bottom will not happen. If you invest in bitcoin or other valuable coins like ETH or ATOM, now is a good time to do so. The main thing is not to panic.
