Bitcoin is one of the digital currencies where Bitcoin is universal and is not under the control of another bank or government, if you want to transfer Bitcoin it is actually not too problematic or risky and this Bitcoin can be transferred to any country either to your relatives or someone else you know, but I would suggest you to look for more relevant information.
