I think you would be better off launching your hiring campaign on your hospital's social media or websites like indeed ect.. rather than a bitcoin forum.

I have never heard of referring medical professionals before, and 3000$ reward for a single referral is too good to be true. I can think of a 1000 ways people can exploit this (if it's even legit).
