Yeah. I'm thinking more about a system that doesn't need channels at all together with something that can optimize mining output without sacrifice security.
This way transactions becomes more flexible and easy for users, that won't need to know nothing new about how to make an online payment.
Since scaling is led by adoption, so I'm more for a product that fits everyday people rather than something set as standard by companies and exchanges, so let's say "top-down".
