This smell like a bullshit propaganda clip.  If it were from the West, I'd be sure of it.  As it is, I'd give only, say, 75% probability it is 100% bullshit.  At the same time, there is a lot more reporting done on Blackwater-ish Western associated PMCs then there are on Wagner, so I would not rule out that Wagner does have more stringent operational expectations.  We'll just have to wait for credible alternative media to bring verifiable facts to the table.
