As long as it is still legally possible to run an unlicensed site and not to implement KYC. We opened other sites that are licenced as a sort of insurance against it ever becoming impossible because we don't want to change Freebitco.in.
I would guess that there would be at least one nation that will not ask you to do KYC when the time comes, wherever you are from, I am sure you could start some Caribbean or Bahamas or whatever corporation and licensed under there and you would be able to not ask any KYC there for sure.

Look at the finance world, they put their money in the shadiest places so that it would be kept safe there without getting taxed and that's how they manage it, and people there end up using that name to make sure that they keep getting rich people putting their money there, even savings account would give them a great return anyway so it's a possibility that casino business would be the same when the time comes.
