For example: "на російській мові" this how russians think, because in russian is correct to tell "НА чьем_то_языке" , "НА русском языке". The proper grammar in ukrainian will be "російською мовою" without any "НА" . So, it would be "якщо твої батьки дома розмовляють російською мовою"
The second one is "Говорять погане НА Володимира Зеленського". Again, this is how it in russian language works "клевещут НА нашу власть". In ukrainian 90 % use "про": "Говорять погане ПРО Володимира Зеленського", "говоримо погане ПРО нашу йобану владу" etc
