How about your section statistic? From the last 30 days, did you on the winning situation or not. In this current monthly is counted 38 days from 8 August, I think better to request a statistic to your email.

Overall statistic of our profit starting from the last monthly bonus also affect the bonus. If he is in good profit, his wagering stats will be the only one that give him extra amount in the monthly bonus. Afaik extra amount from our wagering stats is not that big, it might be few percent only from the house edge (can be less than the rakeback calculation). However, if he is in huge lose then I believe he should have received bigger monthly bonus. I might be wrong about this since there is no exact information about the calculation for the monthly bonus.
