whats my seniors advise for me, can i sell my tokens or wait. because already am in loss.
if the token is a big token among cryptocurrencies like 1inch, twt, SFP, TKO etc you can keep it because they are still strong in fundamentals and the project is still good. but if you invest in a project that doesn't even have any fundamentals at all, all you can do is grade it.
Right, and I believe some of us still get this wrong when it comes to investment and HODL. You can't just hodl on to every coin/token you buy because some are not that viable for long-term hodlin and if you don't understand this, investors end up losing a great deal of their investment.
True, maybe all tokens or coins can be profitable, but not all coins or tokens are worth holding in the long term. If we force it, the greater the loss we will receive. I also move like this, in the sense that I only hold assets that have very good credibility, and besides that I only hold them for a few moments, when I have made enough profit, I don't hesitate to let go.

Especially in a bear market situation that hasn't ended yet, we really have to be more careful in choosing which coins to buy. As you said if we choose
the wrong coins, we can experience losses, and also the majority in circulation are shitcoins. So indeed we have to be really selective in choosing
coins for investment, other than top coins, it should only be for short-term investments. If it is already profitable, we should immediately sell it,
don't be greedy for us to hold the coins that we have bought for too long. Except for top coins such as Bitcoin, Ethereum and BNB, those are
examples of coins, the longer we hold, the bigger the profit we make. The key is that we must do research and analysis first before deciding to invest.
so that we can determine which coins are good for the short term and which coins are good for the long term.
