I think its better to use the search function here in forum. Googling merit would have a lot of resources line up and not only about bitcointalk forum but other means to merit.
Imho, using forum search option is a worst way to find anhthing on the forum, both Google and ninjastic.space are far superior.
Looks like he didn't waste time and after you reported his previous account, he created another one and now that he got negative attention he will probably ditch this one and show up with a new one. Rinse and repeat, until he figure things out. Nice catch by the way!
