Bundesliga is no different from Ligue where only 1 or 2 clubs dominate in the league, I personally agree with your assumption but I think not all matches in the Bundesliga are boring, sometimes some small teams are also able to surprise big teams like Gladbach who often times have brought nightmares to bayern munchen so far and also to union Berlin who managed to hold munchen to a draw in last week match, but I think despite all the surprises in the bundesliga, of course we can predict quite accurately who will finally get the trophy in the end of the season and obviously very different from some other leagues which is very difficult for we predict who will be the champion in the end of the season.
