I don't really understand who is who, and what is going on... except that a bunch of guys ganged up on an idiot who asked for it. That joker must have had a death wish for himself, or he lost his marbles in a fight somewhere.
Kinda looked like how the police in the USA gang up on people at times. Often the people don't ask for it like that joker did. But they still get it from the cops.
