Otherwise, you're just going to get various different advice here which could potentially leave you in legal trouble.
Considering you want to open a casino in the first place, you probably want to be in contact with a legal representative anyway. Plus, I imagine if you're opening a casino you've got a fairly decent bankroll behind you so the cost of that legal advice should be a drop in the ocean, and would seriously prevent you from getting burned in the future.
