Sorry for joining this conversation. Might just share my personal opinion for 1xbit's signature campaign here.
If I remember it correctly, they are hiring a lot of signatures and avatars right? I think they are not basing on the quality of the posts, rather they want their signature and avatar be displayed more often. So they won't care if  their members are just "spamming". Also, it is cheaper. (That's probably what they are thinking).

I am not up-to-date if there are new scam accusations posted here regarding 1xbit, but I believe there were users here that became their victim who are still active until today. Just a hunch.
